I sincerely hope every one of you is healthy and safe in this highly unusual time.

Stress, worry, and fear of the unknown can make us feel afraid and anxious. Now, more than ever, we need to support one another to stay strong and positive.

I was inspired to create this video for you which looks at the inside-out answer to fear and anxiety.

In this video, we take a look at the nature of thought and how to break the cycle of fear.
