What's The WDF Antidote?

You know what it’s like, right? When you awaken in the morning, you’re just not feeling it. You can’t find the motivation to work out or go to the gym because you’re so busy worrying about what might happen if you don’t. Then, seemingly out of nowhere, a deadline looms over your head, and you start thinking that if you don’t finish this project today, everything might come crashing down around you. Or maybe there’s just something on your mind—an impending family reunion or a big presentation—and it’s really starting to get under your skin. That’s WDF: worry, fear and doubt. Those feelings seem to get a hold of your life and prevent you from living the life you want. 

 

So what can you do about it? You’ve probably tried to get rid of those feelings before, but they keep coming back. Well, here’s the thing: worry, fear, and doubt are like a bad habit; they’re just something you’ve gotten used to over time. And like any other bad habit, there are specific steps that you can take to break them once and for all.

 

My experience with WDF was similar to any other bad habit. I would start to feel those negative feelings bubbling up inside of me, and I’d try to push them down or ignore them, but that never worked. Then I tried to talk myself out of feeling that way—but it didn’t seem like anything was getting through. So I decided to take action: instead of fighting against myself, I decided to go with the flow and see where it led me. 

 

There have even been moments when I was not sure that WDF was the reason why I was not moving forward because I could not identify the thought, but I was not taking action either, and that became a problem. 

 

I began to resent to life I had chosen to live because I was not living the life I wanted. Yep! You read that right, I had chosen the work I was doing at the time because of the choices I had made previously, but I wanted to do something different.

 

It should be as simple as making different decisions and taking other actions, but this is where worry, doubt and fear can be so subtle you take no action. You think you are protecting yourself when in essence, it’s the fear of moving into the unknown.

Many years later, having had success and failures in my life, I began to document what it was that moved me beyond fear. This is when I created the WDF Antidote

Connect it to connect with your heart, spirit and soul. This ensures your decisions are in alignment with who you truly are.

Begin to look at your Worry, Doubt and Fear, the origins and the impact it has on your life.

Deduce

Begin to understand the principles behind the creation of your worry, doubt and fear and how to overcome it

With Understanding and knowledge, begin to make different decisions for your life.
